Beckee Lucas, FNP-C
Beckee Lucas has been a co-owner of Perspective Health LLC and a Nurse Practitioner since 2016. She earned her RN license in 2000, followed by a BSN in 2010, a Master’s Degree in Nurse Executive in 2014, and a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. Beckee specializes in women’s health, hormone therapy, sexual health, and general health.
Tammy Chesley, FNP-C
Tammy Chesley, co-owner of Perspective Health LLC, has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2017. With a focus on women’s health, hormone therapy, weight loss, and wellness, Tammy is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best.
Vanessa Sario, FNP
Vanessa Sario is a bilingual Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience specializing in weight loss, thyroid optimization, and holistic wellness. Inspired by her personal journey with Hashimoto’s, she takes an integrative approach to care. She is passionate about empowering individuals to restore balance, improve their quality of life, and reach their health goals through personalized treatment plans.
Kendra Welling, FNP
Kendra Welling, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, from high-acuity emergency medicine to advanced primary care. She is passionate about a wellness-focused, preventive approach that emphasizes early intervention, personalized treatment, and patient education. Kendra is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating individualized care plans that help them achieve lasting health and well-being.
Kendall Duke, RN
Kendall Duke, RN, BSN is an Arizona native with bachelor’s degrees in both Medical Microbiology and Nursing. After beginning her nursing career in the Intensive Care Unit, she discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine and began specializing in cosmetic injectables in 2019. Since then, she has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve refreshed, natural-looking results that enhance their unique beauty. Kendall believes aesthetic treatments should restore confidence while preserving individuality. She takes a personalized approach to every consultation, carefully assessing each patient’s facial anatomy and aesthetic goals to create customized treatment plans that deliver balanced, beautiful, and natural outcomes.
