In 2018, Beckee and Tammy realized their passion to build a practice focused on personalized care and began realizing the vision of Perspective Health LLC. In 2022, we dedicated our careers to the growth of Perspective Health LLC, helping patients to optimize their health through preventative measures such as weight loss, hormone optimization, improved sexual health, peptide therapy and supplementation.
Beckee Lucas is one of Perspective Health LLCs co-owners and Nurse Practitioners since 2016. She obtained her RN license from Yavapai College in 2000 and began her family of three children over the next ten years.
Beckee worked as a RN Manager for over half of her 16 year hospital nursing career, receiving multiple awards, certifications, and recognitions for her contribution to nursing leadership and patient care.
Beckee pursued her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2010, Master’s Degree-Nurse Executive in 2014, and her Master’s Degree as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. Beckee then received her certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2016, and formally began her career as a medical provider in Women’s Health including hormone therapy, sexual health, and general health.
Tammy Chesley is co-owner of Perspective Health, LLC and has been a nurse practitioner since 2017. She obtained her RN license from Gateway Community College in 2003, Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2013 and her Master’s Degree, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. Tammy became certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2017. Tammy began her career as a nurse practitioner in family practice, caring for patients of all ages. Since that time she has specialized in women’s health, hormone therapy for men and women, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, and health and wellness.
Tammy has a passion for helping patients reach their weight loss goals and helping patients look and feel their best.
Meet Vanessa Sario, a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in family practice and pediatrics, with a particular focus on thyroid and functional medicine. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Vanessa brings a unique perspective to her practice. Graduating from the University of Phoenix in 2022, Vanessa is not only passionate about healthcare, but she is also a devoted mother of four. Her personal health journey with Hashimoto’s has fueled her interest in functional medicine. Vanessa firmly believes in taking a holistic approach to healthcare, addressing the underlying causes of illness while actively listening to her patients’ concerns. Over the past decade, she has explored various approaches to health, fitness, and nutrition, striving to find what works best for herself and her patients.

Meet Janielle Crum, our experienced office manager with a passion for healthcare. Born in CA and raised in AZ, Janielle has been dedicated to this industry for over 18 years. With a certification as a medical assistant since 2016, she is knowledgeable and ready to assist you. Janielle’s love for dogs, reflects her compassionate nature. You can rely on her for outstanding customer service, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Rest assured, Janielle genuinely cares about our patients’ needs, ensuring top-notch care every step of the way.
Perspective Health does not bill insurance for office visits and are not contracted with any insurance for services offered. We are licensed to prescribe all medication which includes medication covered by your insurance. If labwork is needed, we can order your lab work to be billed to
your insurance. Perspective Health takes FSA/HSA and will provide any documentation needed for insurance.
Perspective Health accepts cash, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA. Payment is due at time of service. We utilize Quickbooks to send out invoices for payment on appointments and prescriptions. Once the invoice is paid we will send the prescription to the appropriate pharmacy.
In order for us to prescribe controlled substances such as Phentermine or Testosterone, we will need to see you in person. Discuss these restrictions with your Nurse Practitioner. For all other patients, care can be done utilizing telehealth medicine.
As discussed in your appointment, if you have chosen to have medication shipped to your home, any refrigerated medication will come in a cooler and ice packed. If you have scheduled your medication for pick up, please contact the pharmacy directly for when the pick up will be available. Perspective Health has partnered with Strive Pharmacy (480) 626-4366 for many of our prescription needs, including Semaglutide.
